KSJ & Associates, Inc was founded in 1996 by Mr. Kasey S. Jarosz who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Jarosz has over 25 years of experience in the application of best practices to optimize the delivery of Information Technology (IT) with an emphasis on planning, executing, managing, and monitoring system development and implementation efforts.

Kathleen I. Reents
Executive Vice President, Client Relations
Ms. Kathleen I. Reents has 35 years experience in the DoD military healthcare environment, with over 15 years experience in business development and account management.  Ms. Reents served in the United States Air Force as a Resource Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Healthcare Analyst in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.

David A. Chance
Vice President, Operations
Dr. David A. Chance has a unique combination of clinical knowledge and experience combined with a solid foundation in functional and technical healthcare informatics. He is a certified Project Management Professional who has been involved in healthcare informatics for more than 24 years.  Dr. Chance is also a prosthodontist with over 33 years experience in all aspects of clinical dentistry, specialty level dental education, research, publication, dental management and application and integration of new technologies into dental and medical clinical practice. He is a military veteran with 22 years active duty and 4 years reserve service in the US Air Force retiring in the rank of Colonel.

Michelle A. Marks
Human Resources Manager
With over 20 years of experience working with the Federal Government as a contractor, Ms. Michelle A. Marks has a solid understanding of the management and oversight of Human Resources in both public and private sectors, including workforce planning, recruiting, training and career development, project oversight, employee management, legal and 401(k) compliance with state and federal regulations, and fiscal/budget management to meet the needs of individuals and customers. Ms. Marks is responsible for developing, leading and managing the implementation of KSJ’s human resources policy and services to ensure optimum utilization of the workforce in accomplishing KSJ’s mission.

Ralph A. Barnett (Tony)
Vice President, Systems Engineering and Architecture
Mr. Ralph A. (Tony) Barnett has 34 years of experience in the DoD military health care and healthcare information technology (IT) environment, with over 25 years of focused experience in systems engineering and healthcare IT architecture and infrastructure. Mr. Barnett served in the United States Air Force as a laboratory officer, Chief Information Officer (CIO), systems engineer, and as architect in the Military Health System. Subsequent to his Air Force service, Mr. Barnett has 15 years senior consulting experience as a Chief Systems Engineer and Architect with emphasis on healthcare IT.

Karim N. Pirmohamed
Contracts/Finance Manager
With over 10 years of experience supporting complex Federal and Commercial Contracts, Mr. Karim N. Pirmohamed has a comprehensive understanding of Government contracting best practices. As the KSJ Contracts/Finance Manager, Mr. Pirmohamed is responsible for overall contract management and support, day-to-day contract administration practices, cost proposal pricing and technical proposal analysis, subcontractor management, project control and quality assurance practices, as well as project financial reports and deliverables preparation and maintenance.
